I have worked in most areas of the software development cycle: requirements, design, coding/implementation, testing, user documentation, training, on-site trouble shooting, and maintenance. I also have experience teaching computer skills classes. My experience includes the manufacturing industry, defense and space contracting, call center applications, and e-commerce.
